Improve Immunity By Training Your Brain

Hi Wellness Enthusiast- It's been an honor offering Zoom Brain Training sessions to local members of Larchmont Temple and At Home on The Sound during the pandemic. During this time of stress, loneliness, and anxiety, mindfulness meditation can help navigate uncertainty with more ease. Also, it can help improve immunity by lowering your stress response. If you're looking for connection, and community, join me via zoom to learn more about this empowering process on Tuesday, July 14th at 10:30am EST. 

During our session, you'll explore the process first-hand of how to use your breath and concentration to feel more peaceful and grounded. By practicing this skill daily, you can reduce anxiety while improving your immunity, focus, compassion and so much more. You are actually rewiring your brain, by training it...just like lifting weights to strengthen your muscles! Also, you’ll learn to be with uncertainty in a new, empowering way. I'm grateful to have received the following comments from several participants:
