This Is What Private Coaching Looks Like.

A personalized, three-month journey designed around you — your stress, your patterns, your life. I have spent over 16 years guiding women through exactly what you may be feeling right now. My approach weaves together holistic health coaching, mindfulness-based stress reduction, self-compassion, and mindful nourishment — and every tool I offer is one I have used on myself.

 

Together we will:

-Uncover what is actually underneath the stress, the exhaustion, and the overwhelm

-Work through the patterns with food, with self-criticism, with putting yourself last, with real compassion and practical tools

-Build a personalized plan that fits your real life and creates lasting, sustainable change

 

This is not about doing more. It is about finally doing the right things — for you.

  • Two 50-minute sessions each month — by phone, Zoom, or in person — dedicated entirely to you and what you need most right now

  • Unlimited email support between sessions, because real life doesn't pause until our next call

  • Personalized practices and resources in mindfulness, self-compassion, and nourishment that meet you exactly where you are
