Inside our weekly sessions, we get into the heart of what you want, what’s in the way, and where you find yourself in a negative or self-sabotaging pattern preventing you from feeling your best— mind, body, and spirit.
Together we’ll explore:
Your Story: Who you are and how it impacts what, why and how you eat and feel in your body.
Your Beliefs: The limiting beliefs that influence your daily wellness habits, emotions, and mindset.
Your New Empowering Narrative: Together we'll create new empowering habits that become part of your daily lifestyle that shift your old disempowering story so you feel better.
THROUGH OUR TIME TOGETHER, YOU’LL:
*Learn to create new simple habits around how, why and what you eat with patience, courage, curiosity,
and self-compassion.
*Befriend everything that arises - the judging mind, the hooked trance of not good enough, the
part of the self who is not okay while understanding your thoughts and beliefs are not necessarily the truth.
*Embrace all of your gifts and see the beauty in your life - Uncovering what you truly value while Integrating gratitude to the little things in life that you may overlook. Uncovering what really matters and what brings joy and meaning - that you already possess.

*Unlimited Email Support Between Meetings
Session 1: Clarity
During our first session, I’ll help you gain clarity on what your healthy, radiant life looks like for your lifestyle. As we move forward, we’ll determine what blocks and limiting beliefs are preventing you from achieving your healthiest and happiest version of yourself.
Sessions 2-6: Guidance, Support, Accountability, Integration
Each week, based on what feels aligned, you’ll experiment with new daily practices. We'll integrate my method which entails nourishing your mind, body & spirit all designed to fit your lifestyle, on your terms.
