How the Program Works
Imagine having a partner in your corner who is as committed to your joy as you are. Someone who has experienced similar limiting beliefs and emotional eating challenges to you and has overcome them. Someone with fifteen years of experience in wellness, nutrition, self-compassion, meditation, and mindset coaching.
As a certified holistic health and mindset expert, I have helped hundreds of people transform their over-all health by meeting them where they are and creating an individualized method to achieve their goals.
In our private sessions, we'll explore your goals, identify your challenges, and help you break free from negative self-sabotaging patterns. Together, we'll create a plan to help you feel your best—mind, body, and spirit.

Week by Week
Session 1: Clarity:
During our first session, I'll help you gain clarity on what a healthy, radiant life looks like for you and your lifestyle. As we move forward, we'll determine what blocks and limiting beliefs are preventing you from achieving your healthiest and happiest version of yourself.
Sessions 2-9: Guidance, support, accountability, and integration:
Each session, based on what feels aligned, you'll experiment with new daily practices. We'll integrate my method, which entails nourishing your mind, body, and spirit, all designed to fit your lifestyle, on your terms.
By the end of the program, you'll have the tools, confidence, and trust in yourself to live your healthiest and happiest life.
