How the 3-Month Program Works
Nine sessions
50-minute coaching sessions (via phone)
Unlimited email support between meetings
Over the course of 3-months we will explore:

Week by Week:
Session 1: Clarity:
During our first session, I'll help you gain clarity on what a healthy, radiant life looks like for you and your lifestyle. As we move forward, we'll determine what blocks and limiting beliefs are preventing you from achieving your healthiest and happiest version of yourself.
Sessions 2-9: Guidance, support, accountability, and integration:
Each session, based on what feels aligned, you'll experiment with new daily practices. We'll integrate my method, which entails nourishing your mind, body, and spirit, all designed to fit your lifestyle, on your terms.
By the end of the program, you'll have the tools and confidence you need to live your healthiest and happiest life.
