When a former colleague and dear friend named Jean Marie Stein, (who is a remarkable educator), reached out for my help in developing a health reset program, I knew the collaboration was something that spoke to my heart so I jumped in.
Jean Marie and I are on a mission to help you feel your best — so you slow down aging, gain more energy, and improve your health.
Jean Marie Stein
As a natural educator and analytical thinker, Jean Marie has harnessed her degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics Education to solve challenges in diverse arenas, including NASA, Wall Street, classrooms, and even the kitchen.
Guided by a passion for teaching and curriculum development, she established Thrive Tutoring NY, an exclusive tutoring venture that prioritizes student growth and achievement.
Jean Marie serves as the co-founder of This Radiant Life 31 and plays a central role in the development of The Sugar Experiment 31 and See Ya, Sugar.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jean Marie is a proud parent of two grown children and resides in the picturesque Berkshires with her husband and their labradoodle, Jasper.
Jen Dorf
Jen Dorf is a Holistic Nutrition and Mindfulness Coach who helps individuals achieve vibrant health and conscious living. She has inspired and guided hundreds of clients over the past 15 years. In addition to her private practice, Jen also ran the corporate wellness initiative at the Apple Store in Greenwich, CT, for five years.
.Jen holds certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC and completed the acclaimed “Food as Medicine” training through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine. She is certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, completed Prana Meditation Teacher Training in 2019, and deepened her expertise by becoming a certified teacher in Mindfulness Self-Compassion with Drs. Kristin Neff and Chris Germer.
Jen has three daughters and lives with her husband, Jason, in Larchmont, New York.
