ARE YOU READY TO LEARN HOW TO BEFRIEND YOURSELF?

Self-compassion transformed my life, so I'm thrilled to guide you with this nourishing practice which provides more joy, acceptance, and clarity when life gets messy.

Self-compassion is medicine to guide us through difficult times. Instead of criticizing and judging ourselves, we choose to comfort ourselves with kindness - the way we would a family member or dear friend. Sadly, many of us believe that berating ourselves will motivate and help us accomplish more - leading to happiness. Research indicates that this simply isn't true. Cultivating a self-compassion practice helps create sustainable high performance in teams and organizations to help accomplish goals.

Because our default is to disapprove of ourselves, this habit takes
practice and patience.
