About the event

Join me for an engaging workshop to learn how to end stress eating. Once you understand the underlying meaning of cravings, you can practice my unique four-step method to overcome mindless eating that makes you feel terrible and leads to poor health. 

Everyone experiences stress eating, so please know that you are not alone—no need to feel shame or be embarrassed by intense cravings that sabotage your positive intentions. 

We will practice my simple method, so when insatiable cravings arise, you'll be armed with mindfulness tools to allow them to pass. You can change your relationship with food! I've done it and am excited to share my tips with you so you can feel better and improve your well-being. 

This workshop is for you if you are ready to feel freedom and empowerment around food so you are not longer feel yanked around by your relentless cravings.
